Although we do tons of van builds, we take on all forms of automotive and mobile conversion projects. This 8×16 Cargo trailer got a full conversion into a mobile frozen drink concession business. The clients wanted a premium quality food service trailer to take to music festivals, games, and private events and sell frozen drinks. It needed to extremely robust, aesthetically nice, and very easy to use.

We used four Frost Factory frozen drink machines attached to a custom modified stainless steel food service table. Ventilation for these units was provided by thru-wall duct fans and a roof top mounted Dometic Air conditioner. To power everything, we installed a 11k watt Kubota Diesel Generator and full panel system. DC power for the lights and water pump were handled by a 12v 200ah AGM battery in the tongue box to counteract the weight of the Generator. The floors, walls and ceiling are all covered with antislip Coindot flooring and ABS paneling respectively, making the interior very easy to clean. The generator room received fire proof paint and aluminum heat-shielding.

The project was fully modeled in 3D CAD before beginning physical work to ensure the center of gravity was in an ideal location, allowing the trailer to carry all the equipment needed and tow well on the highway.
