Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind our products. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase price. The products must be in new condition and arrive back at our facility in new condition. Parts that have been used or installed are not eligible for return. Returns of what is an error or defect is at the sole discretion of Craft Autoworks. In the scenario a mistake or manufacturing defect return is authorized, Craft Autoworks will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns are not accepted on “custom” products or sale items.
Returns are not accepted on products that have been modified.
Returns for reasons outside of manufacturing defects are at the sole discretion of Craft Autoworks. In the event a return is authorized, packaging, insurance and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be processed once the product is received back at Craft Autoworks in like new condition and free from damage. Please email [email protected] for a return authorization before shipping.
Stolen or lost packages that have been marked delivered or signed for are not the responsibility of Craft Autoworks. Craft Autoworks will do its best to work with the customer to locate the packages.
Craft Autoworks reserves the right to make small changes and updates to designs as needed. Therefore products depicted in images may not be identical to current items.
Any modifications, damage or holes drilled into a vehicle to mount or use a Craft Autoworks product or third party products are the sole responsibility of the owner. Craft Autoworks will not refund, pay, repair or make any sort of remedy for a vehicle that has been modified in the event of a return.
